Los sistemas educativos en todo el mundo, particularmente los de enseñanza de idiomas, se han visto inmersos en nuevos ecosistemas que han generado drásticos cambios en las formas de enseñar y de aprender lenguas extranjeras. Esta metamorfosis está provocando que alumnos y profesores, jóvenes y mayores, realicen ineludibles ajustes en la ejecución de sus roles ya sea como docentes o como discentes con el fin de prosperar en nuestro nuevo mundo educativo: digitalizado, virtualizado, complejo y dinámico.

Educational systems around the world, particularly language teaching systems, have been immersed in new ecosystems that have generated drastic changes in the ways of teaching and learning foreign languages. This metamorphosis is causing students and teachers, young and old, to make unavoidable adjustments in the execution of their roles, either as teachers or learners, in order to prosper in our new educational world: digitized, digitalized, complex and dynamic.
