Arturo holds a Bachelor’s in Computing and a Master’s in Educational Management. He specialised in English Language Teaching through post-graduate certifications such as Cambridge DELTA Modules 1 and 2, C2 Proficiency and NILE’s Testing, Evaluation and Assessment Certification. He currently works for Santillana Idiomas / Richmond as Global Product Manager. However, he has been part of the ELT world for over 18 years in different capacities such as Editorial Manager, Teacher Trainer for national and international certifications, Speaking Examiner, Team Leader, Speaker at numerous national and international conferences and teacher of all levels, from preschool to young adults.
