Alejandro holds an M.S. in Education with a specialization in Teacher Leadership, boasting a 15-year academic career encompassing roles as a full-time teacher, English coordinator, and director of higher education programs across diverse private institutions in Mexico. Serving as the Regional Academic Manager for ACT Education Solutions, he trained teachers in the Global Assessment Certificate program. With a four-year tenure as the Head of Exams Business Development at the British Council Mexico, Alejandro crafted and executed sales strategies in Mexico and the Caribbean cluster. Presently, as the BD Manager Proficiency and PTE for LATAM at Pearson Education, he leads sales strategy consultancy and positioning for the assessment portfolio, contributing to the premier learning company's success in Latin America
