Judith holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Change Management from the Weatherhead School of Business, Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, U.S.A.) and has many years of experience in organizational development, educational coaching and community engagement. Since 2021, Judith has been acting as a senior consultant with her firm JC conseils and associates and works with a wide variety of clients in the education, immigration, community services and post-secondary sector and offers management consulting, leadership training and program development services. She has recently joined the University of Hearst’s faculty as a business and management teacher.
