Isabel Callejas is an English Language Fellow with the Esquina Franklin and the Universidad de Guadalajara. She has extensive experience with teaching ESL abroad and online. She has worked with adult learners in language institutions in Brazil, Nicaragua and Panamá and online with students in the United States, Algeria and Morocco. She is passionate about bringing joy and relationships to the adult learner classroom, to boost motivation and confidence. She has also been a teacher trainer and mentor for over ten years and is passionate about making teachers´ day to day lighter, simpler, fun, and of course effective. In Guadalajara, she offers workshops and long-professional development courses and gatherings to the ESL community and supports cultural and ESP programming at the Esquina Franklin GDL.
